My "Space Wars" Project progress

I have been working on a shooter game called "Space Wars" and it's been going really well! I've made sprites so far for my characters along with animations, and bullets along with explosions, music, controls and a background. The most challenging part about the controls is having the player memorize which ones to use in a short amount of time,

I took some inspiration from Undertale and some 1990s Japanese fighting games. I'm almost done and I feel like I am making a lot of progress. Please let me know what you think!
